§1. General Information

This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for processing and protecting personal data of users of the Dimakt website available at dimakt.pl (hereinafter: the “Service”).
The Service processes data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

§4. Scope of Processed Data

The collected data may include: name and surname, email address, phone number, mailing address, IP address, technical data of the device and browser, cookie data, and any other data voluntarily provided by the user.

  • Providing services and fulfilling orders – for the duration of the contract plus the legally required retention period
  • Contact inquiries – until the inquiry is resolved plus the period necessary for potential claims
  • Data processed based on consent – until consent is withdrawn

Data may be shared with hosting providers, IT service providers, accountants, marketing companies, or public authorities, only to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes. Data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the user’s consent.
